Bear watching is our specialty and a highlight for many of our guests. But Lapland’s nature has so much more to offer. You may encounter moose roaming at dawn, foxes moving quietly among the trees, or majestic birds soaring over the marshes. Depending on the season, you might also spot owls, cranes, capercaillie, reindeer – and with a bit of luck, even wolverine or lynx.

Our Wildlife Hide

Our hide is designed to give you the best possible chance of spotting animals in their natural environment. With windows on all sides, you’ll enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding forest and marshland – increasing the chances of unforgettable encounters with wildlife.

The hide is equipped with camera openings, making it easy to capture photos without disturbing the animals. Inside, you’ll find comfortable chairs, two single beds for overnight stays, and a simple porta potti for convenience.

A cozy, practical base – perfectly suited for long hours of wildlife watching.
